Problems opening or printing PDF's ?
 
Following a recent update to Internet Explorer 10 I had problems opening and printing PDF's in Adobe Reader,
 
The cure was simple by removing Internet Explorer from the process.
 
Open Adobe Reader Go to Edit then Preferences then Internet uncheck "Display PDF in browser."
PDF files will open in Adobe Reader, not Internet Explorer.
 

There is clearly a preference automatically set in the update which changes the Adobe settings without your knowledge. Mike, (webmaster)
